Who We Are: Tree Care Crew Serving Ontario, CA

How we look at a tree, write an estimate and do the work in Ontario and the nearby cities, with parkway trees, power lines and city tree rules checked first.

We are a tree service based in Ontario, CA, serving homes, HOAs and businesses across the west Inland Empire and the Pomona Valley. We focus on the work most properties need: tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, palm tree trimming, stump grinding, lot clearing, storm cleanup and fire-safe pruning. Our approach is simple. Look at the tree honestly, explain the options, check the rules that apply and leave the yard cleaner than we found it.

How we work

Every job starts with a conversation and, for most work, a visit. We look at the species, the condition of the tree, what is under it, how equipment will reach it, and whether any lines or structures are nearby. We tell you if a tree can be saved with pruning, even when that is the smaller job.

Your written estimate lists each tree and what will be done to it, how brush and wood will be handled, whether stump grinding is included, and any approvals you need from your city or HOA first. If we find something unexpected once work starts, such as hidden decay or a nest, we stop, show you and agree on a change before continuing.

Rules we check before any cut

  • Parkway trees. Trees between the sidewalk and the curb are City trees in Ontario and most nearby cities. We do not cut them without the City's approval.
  • Protected trees. Cities such as Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills and La Verne protect heritage, native or oak trees on private lots. We tell you when a permit may be needed.
  • Power lines. Trees within 10 feet of an overhead line go to Southern California Edison first. We do not work near energized lines.
  • Nesting birds. In spring and early summer we check for active nests before removing trees or dense brush.

What we will not do

We will not top trees, spike healthy palms, invent credentials or post reviews we have not earned. We will not cut a City tree without approval, and we will not push you into a removal when pruning will do.

Cleanup and respect for the property

A tree job leaves a lot of material behind if the crew is careless. We chip brush as we go, keep the street and sidewalk clear for neighbors, rake and blow off the work area and haul wood unless you want it cut to firewood length. We park so driveways stay open, keep noise to reasonable hours and walk the job with you before we leave.

Honest advice

Many calls end with a smaller job than the owner expected. A tree that looks scary may only need deadwood removed. A palm that seems out of control may need one good trim. When a tree does need to come down, we explain why and what it involves, so the decision is yours.

Where we work

We work throughout Ontario, from the Euclid Avenue Historic District and Downtown to Ontario Ranch, and in Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Pomona, Claremont, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Rialto and La Verne. See our service areas for each city's tree rules, or call (909) 479-2614.
